So I just arrived in Arx (well in the outskirt to specify it more) and what I learned in the Academy, makes me wonder.
According to the Voidwoken Emissary
they were the Eternals, Fane's race, overthrown and cast out into the Void by the 7, who stole their Source to become gods, then the humans were created. But how could they be created afterwards, when one of the seven - Rhalic - is supposed to be of human origins? Each of the seven gods stands for one race and humans are included in the mix. So what's going on?
Was the Emissary pulling my leg (being a Voidwoken makes him a bad guy, so a little lie here a little lie there might be part of his strategy), or is there a little continuity error/paradox?
The story is awesome, but this is something, that I really can't wrap my head around. Lots of people in the game lie to achieve their goals, preventing me from reaching my, or to push me around towards their goal, then laugh at me, but the Emissary didn't even try to stop us, he only spoke to Fane, then to me and left the scene peacefully.
