Hello, everyone. I've finally bopught Sacred a few days ago (old version ) and played it. To me, it's fun - except the Hordes of Monsters.

Anyway, I've found something that might interest you :

Inofficial, fan-made Handbook, in German.
http://www.sacred-handbuch.de

Ancaria Map : http://www.sacred-map.de.vu
List will all Quests : http://www.sacred-quests.de.vu

Everything is in German, but I believe you'll understand some things from it, especially Sacred-oriented terms. And the Map is useful anyway, I think.

Luc,
Te Kannis. Are you still playing Sacred? Maybe we could play together on line if you like.

It would be really nice! When would you like? I have to warn you though. I have not played for some time. Did not have time. But since I am in I am sure that I will remember everything.

I'm currently playing a Seraphim. Will one day play Elf.

In the German areas, the Wood elf and the Darlk Elf are called W11 and D11 , because "elf" is the number 11 in German !

Ah nice! I am playing a Seraphim too right now.
Question : Which patch should I install. I remember that when I got the game I installed one patch. If I install Sacred Plus now, will it be ok? Anybody? It seems impossible to me to see what ver. is my game right now. You know me
Qusestion : Do I have to istall all the patches that were published after the patch I have already installed or the Plus download will do?
Please help.
Thnx in advance.

Get the download here.
I do not believe that you need to install every single patch--only the latest one.

Luc,
I don't have a regular time I play. What time is good for you? We are 5 or 6 hours apart in time zones.

Since it is the second day that I am downloading that thing, I know what you mean... I hope it is worht it and that it will not destroy my game. Imagine to spend so much hours to download it and then discover that I can not use it.

Anybody can answer to my questions plzzz?

Hi Luc! It might be the case that you cannot use your saved characters anymore, depending on which version you had before installation.

Otherweise there shouldn´t be any serious problems.

Btw.: To all forum members. Would you be interetsted in forum "sacred game night"?

As for what version you currently have either open the ReadMe file or start the game and look at the lower right hand corner of the screen.

Those with the German version of the game will be on a different server from folks like me who have the English version. Otherwise I'm all for it. It would be great. My schedule during the week will be in flux for awhile, but I can certainly join you on Saturdays. Night time for you is afternoon time for me. Anytime you go online you can do a search for me under the name "Law" without the quotation marks. Unless I join a Larian softcore group, I am always on the hardcore servers.

Isn´t it possible to make a game containing english and german version players? (I have the german version and it would be very disapointing if I could not join for this reason.

I fear that this isn't possible ... I'll take a look in the official German-language Forum, though.
