Sworn surely don't go to their respective gods after their death, I think it works the way, that when you swear to the Covenant, you severe every connection to your god and are sworn to the God King only from that moment, that's the catch with Windego, my party killed her and her soul didn't reach any god (either Rhalic, or Amadia, I guess), but the God King claimed her for himself. I don't see, how he couldn't be able to do the same with the Godwoken, once sworn, the God King is your only deity. Unless you break the oath with the Swornbreaker, like Almira and others did. Which can also be the case with undead by the way.
