Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Bugs & Technical Problems Pet power from the gift bag seems to be broken.

Loading the game up today I saw my incarnate had around a third of the hp that it should have. It's the same across all saves, and also happens when I create a new game and turn on pet power, but only after a full restart. It initially re loads just fine, but after saving and restarting the game the hp drops, while loading a save that does not have pet power activated gives the correct hp.

I could not reproduce this, in or out of combat.

Are you using any other mods? If so, does this happen if you create a new profile, and start a new game without other mods?

Try verifying local files: in the Steam library, right click on the game and select Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and then click on the 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache...' button.

Try browsing to the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\LevelCache' folder and delete the contents.

Looks like its caused by the Divinity Unleashed mod and Pet Power interacting somehow. The HP gets a boost from DU, but with Pet Power on as well the HP drops instead. From what I can tell other summons are not affected.

I tried verifying the game and deleting the contents of the level cache folder but nothing changed. It was working fine up until today, and the DU mod has not been updated, nor has the game from what I can see. I have no idea why something would happen out of the blue like this with apparently nothing to trigger it.

I can reproduce this with Divinity Unleashed mod enabled. I don't know why it would only start happening recently, though.
