i can see that you think the soundtrack is DIFFERENT and feels different.
Saying the soundtrack of baldurs gate 2 is a huge masterpiece...

Eh.
Baldurs gate had a lot of very forgettable tracks.
i mostly remember the battle themes, which were good mostly.
doesnt mean its literaly os perfect it cant be replaced

i suppose what you mean is that the new tracks lack the drama, for the lack of a better word, of the old tracks.
That could very well be.
then again, we havent seen any boss battle themes yet
