One of the biggest problems of DnD 5e is that if youre not a caster, youre probably gonna be full attacking each turn.
Giving martials something to do that isnt "I hit enemy wiht swrod" is definitly a good thing.
Its a balance change, but boy is it a welcome one.
on the disengage, hopefully not generaly a disengage as a bonus action, that seems strange
