What im talking about is how are they going to implement the sorcerer spellbook where you could use one of 5 spells of each tier lots and lots of times, i dont wanna have a toolbar flooded with spells which are up in front of my face at all times.
We currently don't know because the toolbar/UI is all placeholder until they have finalised the mechanics of the game, at which point they will BG/D&D-ify the look and feel.
In short, too early to tell.
