Okay, I admit Liara was my choice in the main ME series and she's definitely alien, but not the betentacled type. In MEA it was Suvi who's only alien inasmuch as she's Scottish (yeah I know, says the one whose family tree largely originates in the northern bits of Scotland and I have that amazing suntan to prove it!)

Still commander Shepard has nothing on captain Kirk in Star Trek he pretty much has to do the nasty with every female alien
