Did close everything else. Did try hosting and joining. Did reset the network adapters. I am not using and never used mods. This is a fresh install from nothing in this patch.
The issue is that I am "Not connected to online community servers", I think it is
my router is blocking the ports, because I check on
https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and I cannot reach my pc through the ports that the EoCApp.exe process tries to communicate. That is why I wanted to try TCP instead.
Anyway I will keep trying to open the router ports. Thanks for the advice.
