After further research I found this on PC Gamer:

According to this article, there will only be a couple sub-classes for each class for EA. And we know there will only be 6 base classes for ea. Which is fine, knowing helps me design a characters to play. Early Access classes and sub-classes:
Cleric: Life, Light, Trickery
Fighter: Battle Master, Eldritch Knight
Ranger: Beast Master, Hunter
Rogue: Arcane Trickster, Thief
Warlock: Fiend, Great Old One
Wizard: Abjuration, Evocation
Oh and on a side note, no multi-classing in early access either.
