Uncanny Dodge, because you'll get a lot more use out of it.
Not if he is ranged. But I do think that 3d6 SA is more advantageous, since with Cunning Action he can hide and use SA every turn.

Had the
Second Chance feat, but
Uncanny Dodge is better. Both are reactions. I guess I'll put
Squat Nimbleness: Athletics into the build instead.
