The cop is obviously a garbage human being and yes, if it was a white woman or man that was that much bigger and stronger than him as Floyd was he probably would have done the same thing.
A garbage human being, and yet the three other cops made no effort whatsoever to stop him, despite multiple civilians telling him to stop.
