US has no racial problems compared to most Asian countries. People tends to associate "whites on blacks" but there are all types of racism. Including Asians VS other Asians. And blacks commit more crime. It is not racism to say this, just like man commit more crime and nobody blames "misandry" to the higher number of man in jail than woman.

And Asians, Asians commit way less crime and has almost no problems with the justice. And "latino" is a therm that makes ZERO sense and only US uses. Latino was originally a therm to describe romance speaking Europeans and now become a pseudo race which is everything in a huge continental region. Milagross Schmoll, Alberto Fujimori(...) all of then are considered same race on US. The haplogroup "Q", extremely common among Indigenous people of Americas is rarer on Uruguay than on US and Canada, but is very common on Mexico.
