Well there seems to be some interesting architectural changes coming towards the end of the year and I would recommend those looking to upgrade wait until November or so to see what is coming.
Will definitely do that as far as the GPU is concerned -- it's but a month until August (BG 3 EA .. maybe) too.
Maybe even the GTX 1050 ti will still do a half-decent job on 1080p at least.
