i found a solution that works for me so if anyone is looking for a similar thing.

Divinity 2 character editor

Its rather simple, just open your save with that editor (make backup of save first).

At that point i edited my mask of the shapeshifter (fane helmet) to give +30 to Wits.

I only equip it when i am exploring (out of combat) so its an easy way to find secrets without putting real points into wits.
