Looking through the video cards used, it seems that at least every 4th Steam user won't even meet the minimum requirements as to the video card demanded.
That's definitely unfortunate if Larian want manage to bring those lower. I bought Shipbreaker recently and can't play it as it runs like a slideshow. Still, optimisation isn't something done overnight and it is expected for an early built of the game in development to run poorly. I hope minimum requirements will get lower than what was posted, but if not I will just wait for later release.
