During EA can you provide In-Game UI element for submitting bugs reports?
1) if option is enabled by player you could capture last minute of gameplay footage and send if box is checked
2) could send a screenshot with ease
3) bugs/suggestions could be organized into specific catagories (character, dialogue, ui, and so on)
4) will make reporting easier on many EA testers.
