Has anyone else had issues with Vampiric Arrow? It says that it heals you to full over two rounds, but I find that this simply does not trigger. It does do the small initial healing, but that is all that it seems to do. I have tried the usual reload the game. I even tried forgetting the spell and relearning it, then jumping in to combat to test, no difference. I tried searching online and all I could find was a reddit post. I'd post the link, but I'm not sure if that is allowed on this forum. Let me know and I can provide the link.
