... (I don't know the name for the third role. Maybe Flanker or Socialite, for charisma interactions. Does anybody have a name?)
The dedicated social check character is the party “face.” Sometimes this will be handled by a “skill monkey,” a character with proficiencies in lots of non-combat skills. Rogues and Bards are the typical skill monkeys.
