Thank you: I had assumed that the "S" was "summer" as it is with BST so there would be an eight hour difference. I do wish Valve would announce things in GMT/UTC. ISTR Valve has caused this confusion before by being ambiguous about the time zone. :|

Pacific Time is listed currently as 6.48am
In London it is currently 2:48pm

At 10am Pacific Time, it will be 6pm UK time, no?

You don't have to use any tool to find out what time the game will be available to you.
All you have to do is type the initial information (10am PST) into Google, and the time will automatically be indicated according to your area ; It's as simple as that ;)
Here in Belgium the release time is 7pm (or 19h00 as we write it).

Maybe I should remove the non-PST times from the subject as it's all rather opaque. I think part of it is that summer time has already ended in the US(? I think) but it's still a thing in Europe; but I've seen this before, as mentioned, and it's just ended up totally confusing everybody. And it's still a Steam feature. D:

But I have been up since 10:30pm last night (UK time) and I'm zonked so whatever time it lands, I'll be asleep (well, in theory).

Much excite. I am super keen to try out the Twitch integrations. What I'd really like to see is the ability to tie them in to custom campaigns via the eventual GM mode that we all hope will be released.

I do hope we get more customizability or variability in map tiles and types though compared to DOS2's GM mode.
