Pacific Time is listed currently as 6.48am
In London it is currently 2:48pm

At 10am Pacific Time, it will be 6pm UK time, no?

Thank you: I had assumed that the "S" was "summer" as it is with BST so there would be an eight hour difference. I do wish Valve would announce things in GMT/UTC. ISTR Valve has caused this confusion before by being ambiguous about the time zone. :|
