I know this is a stupid question because Divinity OS 1&2 gave definitive editions away for free (I was a $20 kickstarter backer on both games) but can we get the confirmation there's no sneaky DLC plans and the £60 price means we are getting the full game bar eventual expansions?

I'm not trying to troll here but since it's thrice the price I paid for early access on both Divinity OS games before a confirmation would be lovely.

Thanks.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
“We are creating our most ambitious RPG yet, and pricing won’t change during development of the game, into release. We hope that by purchasing the game early, you’re on board for the Early Access journey, and we thrive from your feedback, letters, and discussion around our games. Our community is incredibly important to us, and we value each and every one of you who opt into the Early Access journey.”

That's great but this doesn't mention anything about season pass nor future DLC after release.

they haven't said anything about future DLC that I'm aware of.

Release version is paid by buying early access. I don't think they are EA level to do that (day 1 DLC at Mass Effect 3 and so on), though expansions and similar could not be free (no known plans for any of those yet, but if this goes well why not).

It's not a stupid question and early access normally means you get the full game when it releases. Early Access is not the same thing as a Season Pass, though, so any DLC (I'm not aware of any in the works for BG3) commonly come at an additional cost and get bundled into GOTY editions and such much later.

Larian hasn't done season passes before, and they don't have a culture of milking customers for all their money with paid DLC.

I know but it would be nice to have the confirmation they intend to keep the same business model they've had with the previous games. Bethesda didn't have a cash shop before Fallout 76, Bioware didn't gate characters behind a season pass before ME2 and I'm so over season passes I just wait for complete edition nowadays, which is my problem in this instance because if you look at their records you'd expect to get the definitive edition of the game in which case £60 EA is a fair price but I just want to make extra sure this class or that quest won't be locked behind a paywall a month after the official release of the game (once again this isn't about eventual expansions later on, it's piece meal DLC that annoys me to no end) because I guess I'm so jaded nowadays.
