I click Get Started, enter login information. It asks for my auth app code, enter it then get a red dialog "msg: internal server error". My information works fine from the webpage.
My Larian account is linked to my Steam account as well.

Ditto. I do NOT have my Steam (or any other) account linked. 2FA works fine on the larian.com web site.

Same, cannot login with 2FA on. Going to remove it just so I can play, if that will even work.

Ok, found a workaround. Shouldn't have to do this, but it worked. What I ended up doing was removed 2FA, then launched the game. After logging in I linked the Larian account to Steam. Closed out the client. On the website I re-setup 2FA and now I can play the game and have the account secured again.

Can also confirm. Running on Gog, 2FA on, linked to steam and twitch.
I get an internal server error.

Ok, found a workaround. Shouldn't have to do this, but it worked. What I ended up doing was removed 2FA, then launched the game. After logging in I linked the Larian account to Steam. Closed out the client. On the website I re-setup 2FA and now I can play the game and have the account secured again. This fixed it for me. Thank you InsidiousAngel.

No problems guys. On a side note, I tried launching on my gaming laptop and the same issue popped up. So it appears my workaround is on a per system basis. I will have to repeat these steps to get it working on my laptop, but of course ultimately them fixing the issue would be preferred. I figured I would share this in case others encounter it prior to them patching the launcher.
Update: I can confirm after removing 2FA and adding it back, the issue resolved on my laptop just like the desktop. It's a pain, but such is life of EA.

Yes the same thing happened to me, the only way to log in was to disable the TFA.
This should be fixed now. From the Hotfix #2 post: "Issues with 2FA (two-factor authentication) on Larian Accounts have been resolved, as well as your ability to create the optional Larian Account. Not to throw shade at anyone, but let’s just say some servers had some catching up to do."
