Whenever I go from any menu or cutscene edge panning doesnt work until I manually move the screen using WASD. After doing this, edge panning will work again as intended until another menu or cutscene happens and I have to tap WAS or D again.

I'm also having issue with edge pannig, but each time I want pan with mouse first I need to use keyboard.

I'm having this issue too, although sometimes the screen sticks and/or jitters back & forth instead of panning (seems to work smoothly with WASD though)

I had to re-enable panning during the game too, I'd enabled it prior to starting the game but it was disabled when I checked in-game.

Windows 10 / Steam.

Yep, me too. Edge panning doesn't work reliably. I hope it will be fixed soon.
