In terms of hitting and damage, are weapons less effective when not fully repaired? Also, if the durability of a weapon reaches zero is it beyond repair?
The damage and effectiveness dont drop if the weapon isnt fully repaired. An item with durability zero can be repaired. If the durabilaty is 1 then you'll need lvl5 repair (=100% repair) or go to a smith.
