Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General How do you ping?

Tried to ping while playing with my friend tonight and could not figure it out. Keybind page lists Backslash as "Place Ping Beacon" but I can't seem to get it to work. Anyone have any insight?

It's broken I think, changed keybinding and still didn't work. Whether it was on the main screen or on the mini map
