I want to start with the fact that I am enjoying the game smile

Character Creation

1. the Half Elf doesn't get Extra Skill like in the D&D Rulebook, is this intended?

2. Please Add more Backgrounds (or "I don't want to be a Sailor")
5e initially had this issue as well, that the Only way to get Perception for a Class that doesn't have it in its Class Skill was to take Sailor Background
and Perception seem double important here.

3. I can accidentally pick 2 benefitand s that give the same bonus (like Sailor and Elf both give Perception)
in 5e rules this lets you pick extra skill you want instead, but in BG3 it seem just loose the benift

4. Will there be human variant "subrace"

Dialogue

When I press SPACE to skip a dialogue, I can accidentally pick an answer.
I think Space should not be used to Pick an Option, it should only be Mouse Click or option Number
to save mistakes like that.

Skill Use by Companion

This is one of the things I disliked in D:OS is that you needed to initiate the Conversation with the Character who has the Skill for him to take effect
and I think its both tedious to switch between characters before each interaction when you do not even know what the interaction will be
I really think that it will be much much better if you will handle it like most other RPGs
where you have the Player Character speak but allow other Companions to Interject and add Options
so if my character doesn't have Arcana but there is an Option to roll on it in the conversation there could be an Option of asking Gale what is this thing.
Otherwise it doesn't feel like a Party
in D:OS2 I disliked it, but the Persuasions rolls were far between (and later I just used a Mod that give all Party members the Highest Persuasion its members have)
but it just make it feel like your a bunch of individuals and not a Party.
