Hi there! I'm going to play through at a steady pace and ignoring the common problems (like characters that don't yet have animated mouths) I will be documenting in as high detail as possible different bugs I find, both cosmetic and technical.

After extracting the Newborn:
Newborn has some pathing issues and will not always follow onto the elevator activated by the neural interface. Will teleport around. Will disappear then reappear, sometimes.

Atop the Nautiloid:
The enthralled trapper:
"There, aim between the horns. Good lad." - Character's right hand floats (missing wrist/arm model)

Restoration pod can be clicked from atop the Nautiloid (not blocked by the upper deck/weather deck roof)

Enthralled Farmer (rolling woman) I decided to attack her. I killed her. This screenshot is what happened. https://imgur.com/BomQRDJ

I somehow managed to remove or drop healing potions from my inventory by misclicking around, but they're still active on my hotbars and in my inventory... I just can't use them. That's kind of a major problem.

Targeting combat: I'm playing a Warlock and many times I've noticed that my Eldritch Blast will not hit a target, but the cursor that is potentially one pixel off target. There may need to be adjustments for a 'sticky' kind of target so that objects and enemies are targeted rather than randomly shooting the floor. This is a major source of frustration given that early game you're only dealing a 1d10 of damage and it's not helpful to roll low.

Multiple graphical issues with the 'repair the transponder' cutscene. Tentacles look like they didn't load, and there were some open gaps when rendering. Also, cutscenes were hanging beyond audio cues.

Longswords are currently not able to be equipped as 'one-handed' for the sake of Dueling.

I've found an issue within the inventory screen, I only came across this issue after selling to the vendor at the druids circle. My inventory slots are holding multiple items per slot, and in some cases when the top item is bigger than the back item it conceals that there is anything else there. In this picture https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BAMbRUqZ7VChHHUrP4IRwhuR2ileh1G7/view?usp=sharing there is a spoon with a skull behind it, or a loaf or bread with a staff ontop of it. I have to click and drag the item out of the shared slot and in some cases I've found 2 or 3 items sharing the same slot.

Noticed a few issues in the Druid Circle area myself.

The goblin prisoner scene, where one of the tieflings threatens her with a crossbow, had a consistent issue where the camera would clip into the back of the female tiefling's head during the part of the scene where the male tiefling says "She can't fight back, you're better than this". I watched the cut scene several times and it happened every time.

I had just got done talking with the goblin prisoner when two of my companions (Shadowheart and Astarion to be specific) appeared to be stuck in the dialogue with her. They had the little speech bubble icons over their heads, and when I clicked on Shadowheart to listen to the conversation I was locked into a dialogue where I was just watching the goblin's idle animations. No dialogue options popped up and I was forced to reload a save.

In the "Dank Crypt" area in the abandoned chapel, when I found the undead in sarcophagus in the secret room (after fighting the skeletal scholars) the cut scene where you open his sarcophagus seemed to have no sound effects or music. The only sound that played was his spoken dialogue after the cut scene was over.

Show me your "vaunted" strength. And I shall expose the lie of your fragmented existence!
