Yeah I'd suggest at least a size/position for the landmarks in the face, Eyes, nose, mouth. Ideally some shaping of these too. And a randomize appearance button would be very welcome and should be a pretty low hanging fruit in terms of development. It's just randomizing a bunch of values.
