So I had a encounter where one of my companions died in the water. I thought nothing about it except "ah well I will just use the scroll to revive him" but was quite surprised as I was trying to revive him so is he out of sight. The exact message I get is "
Target is out of sight!" and then beneath that in white. "Choose destination." Now this is a fairly annoying bug, because yes it is a bug not just a person being a bad player except for having a party member dead.
