Four of us were in game with massive de-syncs forcing us to give up. The game was saturating my upload @ 14 Mb/s during combat (I was the host). I'm not surprised the latency was unplayable.

I encountered the same problem i guess. Host is most of the time ok but the player who joined see the game delayed like a lot. But only in combat.

Yes sounds like the same issue. Lots of similar reports on the Steam forum too.
