I'm not entirely familiar with the 5E rules so I might be wrong here; but it appears that in character creation, both Drow Subraces are missing their subrace traits... initially. If you go to create your waifu (lol), then exit out and go back to the character creation screen and select Race, the traits appear at the bottom of the list on the right hand side of the screen, but disappear again if you switch subraces. Additionally the +1 Wisdom that this ghost subrace trait claims you have does not seem to apply, as you're still capped at 15 WIS.
