Greetings!
I've been playing for about 8 hours now, and I've noticed that FPS is far below from what I expect.

I get about 40 fps consistently, and its the same no matter if I play on Ultra or Very Low.
I tried it in Fullscreen, Windowed Mode, Fake Fullscreen
Tried VSYNC off and on
I would expect closer to 100 FPS with my setup.

My specs are as follows:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3696 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 6 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER, NVIDIA compatible
Windows 10

I've found that when playing with Vulkan, if the shadows are on my frame rate is around 40. If I play with DX11, everything at max, I gain 15 frames.

Didn't notice much of a difference between Vulkan and DX11, but removing Shadows adds about 30 fps.

Note:
There was also no difference between 1920x1080 vs 3840x2160
When I load up a save and enter the game the FPS is at 70-80, but as soon as I started moving around a bit it drops to occasionally 40.

Another note; Checking with MSI Afterburner, the game only seems to use 33% of the GPU
