Well, games which look nice on Xbox do not always look that great on PC.
I wonder if KOTOR will run on my P3 666mhz with 256RAM and Geforce 2 GTS...

Well, both Halo and KOTOR (first released on Xbox, waiting for PC port) are scheduled to be released in September. I guess then we'll truly know if Xbox games are portable to PC or not. So far, I've seen almost none (I can't remember any that is) console games that were properly ported to PC (mostly psx and ps2 games). It's a plus that an Xbox really isn't much more than a regular PC in a fancy wrapper with some extra chips - there are rumours that with a little hacking, it can run Linux, so it's still a PC mostly. To that end, porting to PC might actually work. On the downside, it's also possible that very little porting is done and the delay is just to sell more Xboxes. While the later is definitly true, I still hope some improvements are made for PC. If KOTOR fails, I'm giving up on Bioware pretty much, they saddened my with BG2:ToB, NWN wasn't worth the money I paid for it and I'm not even going to bother with SoU. KOTOR is their only possible redemption. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

As for your system specs, I think the chance is very real that KOTOR won't exactly run smoothly on your PC.
