Check http://nwn.bioware.com and click on "players" once logged in. There, you will have a list of the most popular MODs to download! They all come from BioWare except the top downloaded list (it's from nwnvault.ign.com)
Also, check out the BioWare free MODs like the Wich's Lake (Part II will be made shortly after the second add-on I think)
