With all the face scans coming from humans, I don't see why all face options shouldn't be available for all humanoid races (minus the Githyanki and perhaps other alien-looking races). I understand in their recent "Character Creation" update/post they mentioned wanting a specific "direction" for each race and that they were adding more. I think this "direction" is created by the other features, like the "canon" skin/eye/hair colour options, and specific features like height variation, horns for Tieflings, Elf ears, etc.

Currently, it feels lacking in variety to see the same face models on multiple NPCs, this would at least add more combinations. They could also just include this similar to how they include "non-canon" colour options, so that at least your player character has more options.

This limitation is especially odd seeing as both men and women share the same voice(1) and facial hair options, and that there are "non-canon" skin/eye/hair colours (as well as neon/unnatural hair colours).

I wanted to play as Human or Tiefling originally, but preferred the Half-Elf face options. I can see limiting some facial options for certain humanoid races (like Dwarves maybe), but Humans and Half-Humans, at least, should have all the options, seeing as all the scans are of humans.

(1) There should be an "All Voices" to separate the opposite voices, like for the non-canon colour options.

P.S. Yes, I understand the game is in Early Access and my criticism may not be valid for the finished product.
