My character is a drow priestess of Lolth. I can tell you Netty didn't survive when poisoning me. I didn't even need to roll a die on that one lol.
I agree, the failures are interesting. It makes the successes, like that 14 needed to kill the tadpole you find inside the brain of the dying man afterwards and you make a 15 all the more rewarding.
