For sure a lot of good points.
The XP thing in particular is something I noticed and the difference between painting roads with blood and bones and being a negotiator is pretty big. I do think that after all combat and bodycount should grant more XP as there is sure a lot more effort and actual experience involved than cutting some sort of a deal, but the difference should not be 3x or 5x or some such end XP result I seen.
Many other points sound like bugs and roughness of very early access game, it took them a year to move D:OS2 from EA to release and I bet BG3 will take much more, especially given the situation with coronavirus, why I legit expect release to be in 2 years from now. So pretty sure we won't see Cleric Wizards and other nonsense, outside appropriate kits.
For example, I sure hope conversation quirks where you are about to have your throat slit while Shadowheart or frikkin' Laz just standing there enjoying the show will be improved. There are also less obvious, but more frequent cases where you have a conversation and one of your companions is just photobombing it with that blank stare into nothingness far away.
Speaking more of conversations - DC on persuasion/intimidation/deception checks needs to be lowered a tad, right now many conversations require unrealistic DC from a bunch of level 2-4 blokes that just crashed from the sky and barely have +5 to these skills at the very best case. Like that brawl at the gates after the goblin attack on Druid Grove, I saved their hides there and they toss a bunch of 15/17 DC persuasion checks at my face there like no tomorrow, that even a +5 persuasion character (which is A LOT at level 2) will have difficulty handling.
Some conversation skills having high DC checks make sense, like that kissing incident or Shadowheart coming clean, but every other mundane persuasion being 15+ DC is steep.
