Not sure if this is useful to the conversation or not, but it sounds like a lot of the issues I've been seeing while running the stadia version of the game. I just assumed it was streaming lag, but maybe their servers are having some of the same problems.
Depends on the issues. But performance wise it can be related as stadia nodes are powered by custom linux based on debian and custom amd gpus. It is also uses vulkan exclusively.
