Yes the same thing happened to me, the only way to log in was to disable the TFA.
This should be fixed now. From the Hotfix #2 post: "Issues with 2FA (two-factor authentication) on Larian Accounts have been resolved, as well as your ability to create the optional Larian Account. Not to throw shade at anyone, but let’s just say some servers had some catching up to do."
