They already said they are introducing some form of respec and still deciding how exactly.
Personally, I've never been a fan of the concept. In fact I loathe it.
Building a character should be a commitment, not something you can undo on a whim.
I know, I just want it naow.
This is the first time I heard someone complaining about this in a game. You don't have to respec your char. You might even save a lot of gold doing so.
Talking about commitment, once I got to the mirror of change in Fort joy, I didn't change anyone for the next 100 hours until the end. Tell me how the hell are you commiting to your build of a character if you didn't even build it in the first place?
