The community seems to largely agree on this issue. Jump/Disengage needs to be changed to promote both balance and player choice. Do you attack, or use your action to disengage? Doing both is just too much and diminishes the versatility that should be exclusive to the Rogue class. Not to mention enemies could just jump away from you, which is silly. I think the following changes need to happen:

1. Separate Jump and Disengage.
2. Keep Jump a bonus action that can invoke Attacks of Opportunity if you are too close to the enemy.
3. Make Disengage an action.

Those simple changes would add a layer to combat strategy that just isn't there at the moment.
