"holy item fix" was a suggestion for the name of a new saved game. You can save the game under whatever name you wish; I just needed something to refer to this save by.
All of the saved games are in folders in the '..\Divine Divinity\Run\savegames' folder.
You can start a new game and save it to get new story.000 and story.001 files. They are a little large, and relatively easy to get yourself, so I did not make them available for download.
