I stayed up till 4 last night and finished the game and would like to play again at higher difficulty setting. I'm just wondering if starting a new character will automatically delete my old character or not. I realize there's nothing more to do with him, but he's like a member of the family now, and I'd gladly give up the disc space to keep him around if it's possible.

Nope, your old char will stay - so you can switch back and forth between your savegames.

And if you backup/zip your old char saves somewhere else? You can keep him and don't have to worry about new save names <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Wow, thanks for the fast reply. I had thought of that, but then I couldn't view him without reloading and erasing the new char (if it worked that way).
