I was having the same issue, and even my previous saves and starting a new game had the same problem. Was using the DirectX11 option from the launcher. Switched it back to Vulcan and it seemed to fix the issue (for now... have to go work so havent tested it further).
Try switching what you're using on launch and see if it fixes for you 👍
