Often when I hit what looks like the edge of a building or cliff, my character keeps on going and runs around under a transparent version of whatever I just hit. Sometimes, too, I'll highlight some loot and click on it to pick it up, and my character runs in the opposite direction to retrieve it.

Also, in the dark forest and beyond, the automap doesn't seem to be aligned with where I really am.

Is this just me? Is it fixed in the patch?

If you are under a transparent version of a roof, etc. it means you are behind it. I noticed one vase in the catacombs that my character opened from the opposite side of a low wall, but didn't have him going the wrong way for look. A few time when I had the alt key pressed he would head for a different pile of loot then what I was aiming for, though.

I have not heard of a miss-aligned auto map problem before, but the patch couldn't hurt. Is it not updating properly, or is it centered in the wrong place?

The automap seems centered incorrectly. I first noticed it at Imp's Castle. It's as though the whole overlay was nudged a little southwest, if I remember right.

I know being under the eaves of a house will have you show through, but I'm running into the side of the cliff, and quite a ways underneath.
