I am assuming there is much more to come in creation options--things like being able to age the character or simply choose older characters/faces, scars, etc. I look like a rather stupid and clumsy 15-year-old kid right now...;) Really not my cup of tea. Prefer a rather stupid and clumsy 55-year old with some scarification, if you know what I mean. Gray highlights around the temples, etc. I'm guessing these things are yet to come.

What I really like about what's in the character creation, however, is the *hair*. Even though it's early, it's got to be the best-looking hair I've ever seen for both sexes. Sure, some of the styles are idiotic and I wouldn't wish them on an enemy--well, maybe--but that's to be expected. But overall the hair is looking much better than in most games of this type. Does the best job with auburn hair I've seen in a game--yours truly's hair color--at least, it was at one time--when I had a lot more hair on top!

I'd like to be reassured that there's much more coming to character creation as the game builds its progress towards beta and then release candidates.

Any comments?

Oh--really like the game so far. I think the game is nowhere near as cartoonish as DOS/2 were, if it's any consolation. Don't know why some people think it's just like them. BG3 is a *3d* game--it's not, like the original games, a 2D game, and so the play and feel and the look will be somewhat different from the originals. Of necessity. Basically, I think you guys are nailing it with BG3 in terms of the overall atmosphere. The sound track, etc. Lots of work to be done, yet, of course. But the difference in appearance and play between this and D:OS2 seems to me substantial already.

Sorry if already mentioned somewhere, but imo the female human head 5 looks 90% like Sandra Bullock.
I speak against myself, because I picked her face for my dream lady, but if she did not approve, maybe better to modify/remove?

We are proud to report that we finished our DOS2 localization project (Hungarian). :'-)

I would be really nice to add scars, wrinkles, and blemishes to our characters. I started a thread a couple days ago discussing why we should be able to actually customize our character's facial features instead of using presets. I really hope larian listens.

Let's hope they do...that area is in need of great improvement, imo!

Yes, I saw a face that looked just like someone, too...;)
