The pop-up is there. It shows the Original DC. Though, the following sentences mentioning that 1D20 + modifiers needs to meet the DC. Maybe it would not hurt to mention there that the modifiers are deducted from the Original DC.
Even though, it is kind of obvious. I don't know. Just when I see +n that are used as -n it just gets a bit... Not as clear as it could be I suppose.
Bottom line, what I was bothered with is no longer an issue for me.
