Today I use the launcher, click play, and I get as far as the BG3 splash loading screen and it closes out. Every time. Rebooted and it's still happening.
Try holding shift while pressing the play button on the launcher, and keep holding it down until loading is done. Also try this with dx11 and run as administrator checked in executable properties
