Ok i found a way to remove masks and save everybody, i focused them one by one and knocked each one of them down without killing anybody, when all 4 were knocked down the battle ended and it was possible to remove all the gear including masks from them, though they are just unconcious on the ground. They could easialy add achievement for this, "saving 4 idiots in masks". It tooooook me about an hour ...
